About 2 years ago I was given 2 gas cans and both were missing a spout cap. 3D printing to the rescue. Printed in ABS, so far I haven't seen any deterioration of the caps from liquid fuel or vapors. So, if ya need one yourself and you can print, to download the STL file. No 2 printers are calibrated exactly the same, so you may need to scale up or down a tad for a snug fit.
