Steering Wheel Airbag Removal on 2023 Bronco Sport

Hello all,

Can someone enlighten me on how I can access the clips that hold the steering wheel airbag in place? I have seen videos with a hole on each side that allows access, but my steering wheel does not have that nor visible bolts.

I believe on the Bronco Sport the clip access is on the back of the wheel. You have to turn the wheel 90 degrees from center and then look at the back of the wheel where it meets up with the column to see the access to the clip releases.

Why are you screwing around with the airbag?

Hi, thanks Arcee. Maybe I need to remove the plastic around the column so I can see the clips then, I'll give it a try.
