Problem closing sunroof cover

I have a 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend and suddenly yesterday the button to close my sunroof shade doesn’t work. Anybody have this happen before and suggest a fix or do I need to see the dealer? The sunroof opens and closes just fine.

The sunroof shade won't close unless the sunroof glass closes all the way. So I would make 100% sure the glass isn't just not closing a tiny bit for any reason. Open fully and check the seals and track for any debris like a stick or something.

I had this problem except my sunroof didn’t work either.
It was a dealer fix.
A loooooong, dealer fix.

Hopefully you don’t have the same problem developing.
