In the order guide they have a cargo mat for 130 and one down below for 150? Whats the diff?

One is for a compact spare and the other is for a full size spare. The mat for the full size spare has a little lip which makes it sit slightly higher to accommodate the extra height on your spare.

What ever trim/options you are thinking about get it. Remember the towing package in all trims includes a full-size spare and the rear cargo are sits very slightly higher and requires the mat with the lip on it.
No matter if you get tow pkg or not, and never put anything back there, the mat is worth it.

I should have been more clear. There are 3 optiond for cargo mats. 130 with no description, two for 150 that are for mini spare or full size.

Not unless you're planning to tow. You can buy a full sized spare for less than the price of the towing package.

Facebook Marketplace, honestly. People sell off their sets of 4 wheels whenever they buy aftermarket options for mega cheap, sometimes only $400 for a set of four. Might as well just buy the whole set, throw a tire on one, and have three backup wheels in case anything ever happens. Or sell off the extra three as individual full size spares.

If you order it at build, it's $130 and they include the correct one. (Hopefully)
I see OEM mats on eBay & other sites for a few $$ more, often also shipping charges.

Right behind the rear seat the channel for the fullsize spare tire cover is about 2.5" above the compact tire channel.
