I have a 2021 Outer Banks model with 27,000 miles. Since Feb it's been in the shop 4 times. 1st time they replaced the transmission. 2nd time they replaced the battery. 3rd time they replaced the transmission, again. It's currently there being diagnosed with what they think might be a transmission cooler pump issue. I've had to have it towed there 3 of the 4 times. I also had to replace 2 tires after 24,000 miles, which seemed crazy early.
I have zero confidence in driving it at this point and am passed the point for the lemon law. Seems unfair to have this many problems on what is a pretty new vehicle. Anyone know if I have any recourse to say this is just a bad vehicle and to get a new one? I'm really disappointed with it. Thanks!
