Hi all -- 2021 BB-BS, 24,000miles. I rarely use my AC unless I have passengers. Lately, when in I get in my BS for my morning commute (0600)- I have my climate control temp set to "LO" --- assuming this is going to bring in outside-temperature air into the cabin. After a half mile or so, I can feel that the Air Conditioning is full-on, blowing ice cold air. The amber "AC light" is not illuminated. -- But I can feel that the incoming air is ice cold. Is this a gremlin? Does Henry know more about what I want than I do? :) perhaps!

That’s how my Badlands behaves. It’s also how my 16 Fusion and 19 Escape behaved.

When you select low it’s going to give you the lowest possible temperature it can, which will likely engage the AC if it’s warmer. That’s how I like it.

You’ll just have to select a temp you like and/or turn off AC manually.

Why don’t you like using AC?
