Manual seat adjustments?

I sat in a base model of the BS today and was trying to adjust the seat. Are the only options on manual seat control is front/back and recline, or is up/down an option that I couldn't find the control for?

There is an up down, it's a pump, works great.
Left hand, middle side of seat bottom. Just ahead of recline.
