Dude:

Thanks for the response, confess I was abit demoralized on this issue yesterday.

I do not have a different part number for the Bronco Sport and when I searched for the part number I referenced, you were right it was returning only the big Bronco variant, still I thought it could have a parrallel.

Right now the vehicle isn't in my possession, dealership still has it.

in my head, I understand that the electrical system of the Sport, the Escape, the Maverick and likely other models is very similar so this can't be a big concern endemic of the vehicle as it would be more widely known, just really frustrating....

As to my driving habits, I now see how I my driving may not be ideal for this vehicle, but thinking on that, I'm not sure it would be better for other modern vehicles and I'm not sure what I can do about that.

Still appreciate the feedback, Happy Holidays to all.

Guess I should add if anyone knows a good mechanic in the McKinney Texas area, the suggestion would be appreciated. I had a small road trip to Kansas State planned with my kids for 12/26 (earliest I could get away and yes the campus will be primarily closed) was hoping on taking Lakota. I absolutely love how the Bronco Sport Badlands (with the Ford Ranger Offraod lift kit) drives on the highway. It's not just safe at speed, its fun...
