Took my ‘21 to a new (closer) dealer for BCM recall, had them do state inspection. Failed for tire tread and headlamp housing crack. Reached out to my friend’s shop for new scorpions and he had a better price on headlamp replacement and total install. All said and done, about 2/3 the price of the dealer. As good a deal as tire rack for the new ones, installed.
As for the dealer, weird handling but slightly better than purchasing dealer. 5 hour wait for inspection and recall (told 1.5 hours) but fair “buy these elsewhere” advice.
as you’ve likely read with the collision repairs here, headlamps are not cheap. Got my OEM for $1300. Tires: whoa! You do not appreciate grip till you’ve got a new set. I could’ve gone cheaper with Continentals but stuck with the Pirelli.
