I've not taken the trim panel off of my BS to look at the pinch weld yet, but if it's like most of the pinch welds I've seen, there is excess material outside of the weld that may not have any function other than a manufacturing tolerance to ensure there is enough to weld. I'm no auto body...

Since lots of people are doing different lifts, is there any interest in standardizing the measurement process to encourage accurate comparisons? A comprehensive lift thread?
Any process that involves measuring from the ground will be unable to account for tire...

Nice work, looks great and staying even close to stock ride quality is a huge bonus. But in all seriousness, I can't wait to see it with some larger, more aggressive tires.
Nice. I'm waiting to see what happens with the BL lift - driveline issues and what is done to compensate. This looks like a very clean, better-than-OEM system so far, definitely on the table for me in the near future if alignment and driveline wear can be addressed.
