No, it doesn't... you take the tow hooks off and put the bar where the tow hooks were. You can have either, just can't have both.

Very few Badlands videos on YouTube I noticed. It is easier as the towhooks mean the bumper fascia is already open to the bars, but apparently the brackets will not fit directly. The one video I did find mentioned he had a metal part made to make attaching it easier. I haven't purchased one...
