Not in the cards right now. Interest Rate on Loan is cheap and I bought a very affordable extended warranty through Granger that covers me to 2029. Once the warranty runs out…. Car will be gone ASAP
1 month for Fuel Injectors and 1 Month for Engine Replacement. Was provided loaner both times, and it occurred outside of 1st 12 Months and 12,000 miles.
The Gear Shift Module and Water Pumps were always quick turnaround times.
You are correct. Absolutely ridiculous. Hasn’t cost me any $, all warranty repairs and all different components so doesn’t qualify for lemon law in PA to my understanding.
The dealer I brought it too seems much more competent. The tech who replaced engine is a 31 year senior mechanic and he sent me a 3 min video walking me through the diagnostic and replacement process as well as all the fluids, belts and bolts he checked for functional operation.
Latest Update: I brought the car to a new dealer who diagnosed that the issue is internal to Cylinder #2. They have ordered and are replacing the entire Engine. Less than 36K miles and we’re getting a new motor…
Just to update on progress of repairs…. I got the car back on Monday 9/9. (Again it was first dropped off at Dealer on Monday 8/5). They replaced both sets of fuel injectors. This morning the Powertrain Malfunction Code returned… it’s headed back in.
Dear Ford -
I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a few minutes to write about my experience with the Fred Beans Newtown, PA service department and the purchase of a 2023 Bronco Sport that is only 1.5 years young (Bought New January 2023 from Chapman Ford in Horsham, PA).

I'll ask em if they can pull the part # off the water pump. We have put close to 10K miles on it in 6 months but its all highway driving, nothing that should've been causing coolant leak. We also had the electronic shifter replaced due to the "Powertrain Malfunction" error message a few months ago
Update. It was a faulty water pump causing coolant level to be low. @Ford Motor Company is there no recall on this? Seems like a common issue...also is there no low coolant sensor? I noticed it, but what if the coolant continued to leak, shouldn't it have a sensor to notify user
My 2023 Big Bend had low coolant when I checked last night (below the minimum line). Taking it into dealer tomorrow to get it looked at, will keep you all posted on this thread
