I have issue upon issue with Interstate Ford in Miamisburg Oh. Latest is the oil change brake inspection. Tech said brake pads were at 7mm after inspection on the paperwork. I had to replace them three days later due to grinding and decreased stopping. This is dangerous! Pads were at less...
My dealership just told me they don't service the Bronco Sport trans until 150000 miles. It is a sealed unit. Mine is surging while warming up. After about 30 mins of driving it tends to lessen. 83,000 miles. 80% highway driving. My Bronco must have been a lemon since this is about problem 19.
Pretty sure I got my 2021 OB from the bad batch. I have 61000 hwy miles and have had it to the service shop numerous times for things other then oil changes.
Window regulator broke within the first month. Took a month to get parts.
OB Bronco kept losing coms with the key fob while it...
Like three times for moaning rear brakes. Ford actually offered to buy my Bronco back with 16,000 miles on it for just 3 things. I didn't want to at the time but wish I did now. Trading it in.
SB did not help mine. My Ford Advisor said there is essentially nothing Ford will do and it happens on more then the Bronco Sport. I have had no less then 7 items (SB or recalls) on this vehicle. Need to look into the lemon laws in Ohio.
I had the two SB done. Lining sb and pins and then they adjusted the rears again after I took it back in a second time for the moan. The Ford advisor stated that he gets calls for many vehicle types on this moan noise. They did nothing else for it. I have 61000 miles on a 21 OB. 85% are hwy...
Well......when I had missing fasteners on the air diverters and a cocked window regulator, I call that assembly. As much as these vehicles cost, they should be perfect in my opinion.
Be careful though. I have had so many issues with my 2021 OB sport that Ford gave me an extended service warranty. I just had it on for the recall on the injector nozzles and oil change. The left side of my dual temp zone works intermittently. They are trying to tell me my water pump needs...
I haven't seen any other info. My Ford dealer said they can't do it as of now. They were thinking that it could be done with an update. None so far so they advised me to get a tune done to change speedo.
I had the TSB performed on my 2021 OBX and it still moans. Service clerk told me there are many Ford vehicles the have that problem. I believe changing out the rotors and pads will eliminate this. Will Ford do that? Probably not.
I have had 3 recalls (Various reasons) and a SB for the brakes on mine. Brake still moan and the re-visit to Ford service said I needed to have the SB done again. Sounds like they didn't even do the SB for the brakes. I am pretty sure the broken window regulator issue on earlier BS's should...
Ford dealer told me today that Ford does not have a fix for the brakes yet beyond what the SB does (Beefier bushings). They said they hear about this complaint everyday. Some say it is loud enough to wake up the neighbors.
Had many many issues with my Ford Outerbanks. Brakes suck. Moaning and they did replace the front's under recall. My Keyfob did the same thing. They say it could have the signal blocked.
Exactly. I wish I would have let them buy it back. I will never buy Ford again after my experiences. They need to restructure and bring the Bronco sport back to the US for assembly. Ford Hermosillo needs to be recalled. I am sure they have to understand how this effects them as a company.
I have the same issue at 33500 miles. I took it to my dealership and they said nothing could be done about it. I then brought up the Service bulletin and they seemed to remember that one. The said they replaced the parts that were indicated in the SB later that day. Now my rear brakes are...
