    Ford reached out to me and refunded the 800 for the gear shift module. They never did figure out why all the messages alerts came up. No codes were captured. So far, fingers crossed nothing else has happened. Ford was awesome during the process and did keep following up with me and the dealership

    Just checking with you to see if you’ve had anymore issues. I took mine in and they couldn’t determine what happened. It’s been about two weeks and so far no issues. They nice thing is Ford responded to me on this Forum and have been following up with me to see how it’s going

    I’ve had three red ford escapes. Decided to change it up when I got my bronco sport and went with the cactus gray. Mine is the Outer banks and has the black roof with the black trim which really sets it off. Love it
