I have deleted and reinstalled the app, reset the entire sync system to factory reset, confirmed with support that they can see my vehicle is online, disconnected battery to reset system. None of this has worked.
After 6 months with no issues, the Ford Pass app stopped connecting to my car. I’ve called support multiple times to troubleshoot, they told me I’d need to take it to the dealer to asses. The dealer says their is no problem with the car. Anyone else have this issue?
