I don't have this on my Bronco Sport, but I do on my Ranger. I have the sensitivity turned all the way up and occasionally a Harley or loud truck will set it off. If it happens too much I can just turn the sensitivity down a bit, it is the small knob on the side of the module.
I picked my Big Bend in July from Grangers. Fly in on Southwest, picked up at the airport on arrival about 10:40, delivery done in less than an hour with no hassle. Drove 550 miles home by 9:00pm without any problems. Saved over $4000 from MSRP. The only frustrating part was the 6 month wait...
Zach at Granger Ford posted this last week for 2023 model sales.

"Catastrophic engine failures” at highway speed is an attention grabbing headline. If I recall what actually is the problem was is a small batch of substandard parts from a vendor. Ford, due to supply constraints had to source valve spring retainers from an alternate vendor that they have...
I believe you are correct, when I ordered my panel the part number said it did not fit a 2022, I changed my vehicle year in the order information to a 2021 and it said the part fit.
I saw this same thing happen when I ordered a engine cover for my 2021 XLT Ranger, I had to order an engine cover...
Thanks, yes no hassles about price, they applied the Custom Order Rebate before I brought it up. None of the new builds have the panel. I had already ordered one as I suspect they have all gone the way of the engine cover. It was less than $60 shipped. I wasn't going to drive back to Des Moines...
I was just on the Tasca Ford Parts website and looked up the panel # M1PZ-78046A25-AA for a 2022 Bronco Sport Big Bend and it said part does not fit this vehicle. I changed the vehicle settings to a 2021 Bronco Sport Big Bend and it says it fits. I know they didn't change anything on the 2022...
UPDATE!!!! My Big Bend is at Grangers!
I've been on the road for the last 2 1/2 weeks and got an email 7/12 that my Bronco Sport had been delivered. Granger wanted a week and a half to prep it which works out well as I just got back home last night. I'll fly out the week of the 25th to pick it...
Congrats Prawn, I ordered a month before you and will get mine in about another month. (Allocations) It's been a pleasure reading interesting post from someone more impatient than myself...
Okay I got an email from Ford at 2:30am this morning saying that my Bronco had been built (I knew that Tuesday morning because the trackapp had shown my BCE modules had been populated) and then at 3:49am I get another email saying it had been shipped.
Your order has been shipped...
WOO HOO!!! My Bronco Sport BB with convenience package ordered 1/31 and invoiced 6/2 has modules this morning. Maybe it will get to Grangers the first part of August ???
With the dealer Market Adjustment I see around here, I'm happy waiting on the deal I got from Grangers. Ordered 1/31 and it should be built in the next week. I'm guessing I'll pick it up in late July.
This doesn't have anything to do with vehicles already scheduled for production. Those are going to be built.
This is Ford announcing that they are not scheduling any vehicles the week of 6/6 for production at some future date. Ford will do this to catch up on production and do maintenance at...
