Final Update: After about 11 days in the shop, my gas gauge issue seems to be resolved. I've driven around and tested it. At 50 miles to empty, the gas gauge behaves completely normal now. The fix however was not easy. Ford replaced the entire fuel tank and I believe fuel pump as well. It was...
