  1. Is 360+ worth the upgrade?

It will depend on your driving style. I like to maintain a consistent speed on the road and I find it exhausting following drivers who cannot. Adaptive cruise takes care of both issues, and it's totally worth it for me. It's also quite handy for squeezing out some extra mpgs, so it'll pay for...
  2. June Builds sitting in the Mexican Desert

I saw mine with the stickers on it when it rolled off the truck. Adhesive, dirt, missing hubs, foam blocks on the doors, etc. My dealership did a great job detailing before I picked it up, and I couldn't tell save for a tiny wisp of Sonoran desert on one of my interior panels.
  3. Recommended interior accessories

If you have a cargo divider, one of those $13 trunk nets from Amazon is very handy for holding down items on the top shelf. Trunk Net I needed a third cup holder and found this tray/holder combo on Amazon. Cup holder and tray
  4. Moonroof...please explain why you would want one...

FWIW, I had a sunroof on my 2008 Sport Trac. I enjoyed it for a while, but when I installed J-hooks on my roof rack, the wind noise was too loud and I rarely used it again.
  5. Ford back 2 work?

I imagine a bunch of us from the June build crowd are quietly rolling our eyes at this post.
  6. Waiting room

I am officially out of the waiting room! My June build, 'Rock Pony', complete with RCM, FDM, and some Sonoran lot sand.
  7. FDM waiting room....

Following up - my FDM has arrived at the dealership.
  8. Roll call for the Mexican Desert March order/June build people

Just got the call from the dealership - my FDM was delivered and installed. The 8-month wait is nearly over.
  9. Can anyone 3D print

I try to discourage using a desktop 3D printer to make accessories to be used in the cab of a car or out in the elements. Some 3D printer filaments have a low glass transition temperature and will not fare well in a hot car. Some, like PLA should not be used outside as they are biodegradeable...
  10. Roll call for the Mexican Desert March order/June build people

Badlands (No BL package) -Ordered 3/17 -Production 6/10 -RCM Installed 9/27 -Shipped 9/28 -Arrived at Dealership 10/26, waiting on FDM recall fix -Informed that FDM might be ready by next week
  11. FDM Recall Part Available From Ford

So excited! It's been such a long wait for us with June builds.
  12. 2022 Badlands with Premium package - Ebony/roast only option - really?

It's kind of funny, but what pushed me into a Badlands over an OB was being able to combine premium features with cloth interior (not that I'm overlooking the 2.0L, twin clutch, et. al).
  13. This will be insane...

Desert Racer? I could swear they called it the DR because you need a PhD to afford it ;)
  14. FDM waiting room....

If you get the VIN off the sticker, you should be able to check Ford ETIS under PTI Information. Off-hand I can't recall seeing anyone posting about their units being delivered without the RCMs, just the FDMs. Good luck, I'll post when my FDM comes in.
  15. FDM waiting room....

I'll join up with this thread. My BS is one of the Badlands that were built in June with a missing RCM and recalled FDM. The RCM was installed in late September. The vehicle was delivered to my dealership on October 26th along with a few other Sports with recalled FDMs. I've been told that...
  16. Waiting room

My June build landed at the dealership today, just hours after getting the gift card email. The recalled FDM hasn't come in, but it was enough for me just to finally see it in person. Soon..
  17. June Builds sitting in the Mexican Desert

Mine is due to arrive at the dealership this week. There it will sit, waiting for the FDM to come in.
  18. Whats your BS's name and why

I was going to go with 'Bill', but I keep seeing that horse animation on the screen and can't help but say "Hi there, Rock Pony!" every time.
  19. June Builds sitting in the Mexican Desert

My shipping dot isn't filled in, either, but the train car carrying my BS is less than 80 miles from its final destination. ?
  20. Waiting room

I see you're from Allentown. I'm in Perkasie with an order that shipped on the 28th. Our builds could both be on the same train (which passed through Pittsburgh this morning). Fingers crossed!
