It will depend on your driving style. I like to maintain a consistent speed on the road and I find it exhausting following drivers who cannot. Adaptive cruise takes care of both issues, and it's totally worth it for me. It's also quite handy for squeezing out some extra mpgs, so it'll pay for...
I saw mine with the stickers on it when it rolled off the truck. Adhesive, dirt, missing hubs, foam blocks on the doors, etc. My dealership did a great job detailing before I picked it up, and I couldn't tell save for a tiny wisp of Sonoran desert on one of my interior panels.
If you have a cargo divider, one of those $13 trunk nets from Amazon is very handy for holding down items on the top shelf.

I needed a third cup holder and found this tray/holder combo on Amazon.

FWIW, I had a sunroof on my 2008 Sport Trac. I enjoyed it for a while, but when I installed J-hooks on my roof rack, the wind noise was too loud and I rarely used it again.
I try to discourage using a desktop 3D printer to make accessories to be used in the cab of a car or out in the elements. Some 3D printer filaments have a low glass transition temperature and will not fare well in a hot car. Some, like PLA should not be used outside as they are biodegradeable...
Badlands (No BL package)
-Ordered 3/17
-Production 6/10
-RCM Installed 9/27
-Shipped 9/28
-Arrived at Dealership 10/26, waiting on FDM recall fix
-Informed that FDM might be ready by next week
It's kind of funny, but what pushed me into a Badlands over an OB was being able to combine premium features with cloth interior (not that I'm overlooking the 2.0L, twin clutch, et. al).
If you get the VIN off the sticker, you should be able to check Ford ETIS under PTI Information. Off-hand I can't recall seeing anyone posting about their units being delivered without the RCMs, just the FDMs.
Good luck, I'll post when my FDM comes in.
I'll join up with this thread. My BS is one of the Badlands that were built in June with a missing RCM and recalled FDM. The RCM was installed in late September. The vehicle was delivered to my dealership on October 26th along with a few other Sports with recalled FDMs. I've been told that...
My June build landed at the dealership today, just hours after getting the gift card email. The recalled FDM hasn't come in, but it was enough for me just to finally see it in person. Soon..
I see you're from Allentown. I'm in Perkasie with an order that shipped on the 28th. Our builds could both be on the same train (which passed through Pittsburgh this morning). Fingers crossed!
