What's the point of this plastic structure behind the rear view mirror? Kinda annoys me. Now that I'm conscious of it, I've been looking around to see if other vehicles have so much ugly bulk behind the mirror, and I don't see it. (Loving my new BB, but this bugs me.)

Anyone know the rough percentages of BS trims produced? I would just guess that Big Bend is the most common, but maybe someone knows for sure. (Based on NOTHING but prowling the forums and seeing what people talk about, my guess: BL-20%, OB-20%, BB-40%, Base-20%. FE must be <2%.)
