As always, Thank you MikeH! Since palsapp does not show a record yet, it must still be on rail or yet to be transferred to truck. Sticker changed to "07/27" yesterday, so assume it is on the move through some form of transport.

SK, I'm "pissed" for you and can't understand why they just don't ship it to the dealership with the chips or missing component... if it is installable by the dealer. I could only hope that FMC could extend some customer "goodwill" and offer some freebies for your customer experience!
