I had an order placed for the Bronco Sport this April and my dealer called and said Ford would not do the sunroof or copilot plus on it due to chip shortages. I Had to cancel the order and find one locally.
Yes it is sad. But there are a few things that just aren't working. Thought my two car seats would fit well but my kiddos are too squished in the back :(
Yeah I am not accepting a brand new car with scratches it doesn't feel right to me. I have a 20 year old car that doesn't have scratches on the glass so not sure what happened here. It looks like someone buffed the car with a rough rag. The dealer has been pretty shady so it doesn't surprise me now.
Mine came all scratched as well. All the black panels and two of the windows one on the back driver side the other is the back side window which is part of the actual car. I am pretty livid as I have found other scuff and scratches as well. One decent one on the hood that I know I didn't cause...
So I am dealing with a dealer sales guy who seems to think they are too busy for me. I was able to snag a cancelled order and I see all the tracking apps shows as delivered. Any idea when they show at the dealership? I have to travel about 200 miles to get it!
