Saying is bull is a little harsh. I too have been fortunate to not have had paint problems. But you can see them on the road most days. In the years before the 80's you were told to let the paint cure. The newer paints are not supposed to have to cure after leaving the factory.
Sorry to hear that you have so many problems. I have the 1.5 and enjoy it and have no problems with the transmission to date. I am at 9,000 and one year. See your dealer and tell them your problems.
FYI as models get older manufactures have tended to delete some items. If they are available it would be as an additional expense. Doesn't usually go the other way.

Nitrogen filled tires are not worth it. If you tire is low, where are you going to find nitrogen to pump it up. My tire dealer quit carrying it years ago as it does not provide an advantage.
Good decision to try another dealer. Never have heard of VTR, but DOC fees are usually dealer dependent. There are some that do not charge any DOC fees. Good luck and don't be afraid to 1.) question anything you are not sure of, 2.) don't be afraid to walk out either.
Read your manual. If you have door open and seat belt off the BS goes into park. To override keep seat belt buckled. This is to prevent vehicle from running over you if you were to get out. Keeps transmission from slipping out of park. This is for those that can not pour water out of a bucket...
