Mine too, same hiss noise on acceleration.

I will have to wait a bit, as I am moving to AZ in two weeks. yes, it is better, but still the rattling at 1500 rpms low speeds. I saw one post that after a shifting cable was adjusted, that fixed theirs. My cable was checked, but not adjusted. I may ask for that when I can.

Ask for Benito Martinez. He knows all about this. ;-)

Do you remember what the name of the cable was that fixes the rattling/ clicking sound? Thats all that is happening now.

To Mackenzie Ford out in Hillsboro. I took it to Gresham Ford first and they said it was a lose cable by the fire wall and it was fixed. That didn't fix it. Ive gone to Mackenzie before and they will dig to fix things.

An update on mine. I took it in 3 weeks ago for the transmission noises. The dealer did testing and said it failed the testing, so they ordered a new transmission and various parts needed to put it in. They said it should be ready early next week. I will update you all after I test drive it!

We noticed the noises the night we drove it home from buying it. Right away.

I took my BS BB in for this issue. They took a transmission pressure reading test. It did not pass. So I am getting a new transmission In a week. I’ll let you all know how this works out.

Mine is in now and they are doing the same thing. Hopefully if enough of us do this now, they will issue the fix.

Boy, so many of us have this same issue with our new BS, and with Ford shrugging their shoulders. I am in the middle of moving out of state, so I cannot push this until I’m done moving. please keep us updated if this new tranny fixes this issue. ;-)

Yes, at low speeds. even though it “might” not be a “dangerous “issue, it’s a new car and I’ve never heard anything like it in any other car. Just 1,000 on mine too, no other problems.
