Here are the two .STEP files (one for each side) that can be dropped into SendCutSend and a Fusion360 file if you want to tweak anything.
(There are a bunch of discount codes floating around out there for the...
Haha Superfast Matt is where I learnt about SendCutSend. I uploaded the files, got an immediate quote and had them in my hands in Canada 3 days later. Amazing.
They even had an option for powder coating for $10/pc.
What's really cool is you can import their material profiles into Fusion 360 so...
Cheers for adding it here.
And surprisingly it was a true 15 minute swap: Unbolt 3(?) bolts and swap over two spring-clipped hoses. Biggest pain was emptying the reservoir.
Most of the time whenever people say "15 minute swap"... it's only if you also have a shop, air tools and a hoist. ;)
So here's a very specific fringe case for a simple foglight bracket...
Took part in the Thunderbird TSD Rally this year in BC - about 600 miles of navigating backroads in snow, ice, and mud. I needed some solid supplemental lighting for fog and snow conditions and had a pair of good old...

Dealership pressure tested and determined the system was fine, and claimed...
Just tried this out.

I do like the idea of being able to mount spare/fuel on the back, but that Ultraswing is a pricey piece of kit. I found these as cheaper alternatives:

Sorry to hear it's being such a nuisance. I assume aftermarket rims on the OEM tire? I would have thought if the wheel was bent, they would have refused to mount the tire.
Whenever I've had shimmy issues, the only thing that solved it was using a Roadforce balancer...
I’ve had that happen, but it should be easily fixable. Just go back to the shop back and ask for a rebalance.
If you can pinpoint what wheel it will speed things up (typically you’ll feel front wheel wobble through the steering wheel, rear wobble through your seat)
Failing that, find a shop...
Hey all,
Throttle House just uploaded a review of the Sport:
At 5:30s he locks the rear but is still able to get the rear wheel to spin. Anyone know why it’s behaving like this?
