Convince a city guy into a bronco sport

You seem to be focused on your current activities, not what you might do. That is wise. I have hauled boards and stuff in small vehicles in the past. If you only load materials once or twice a year, then a truck is a waste. Delivery, neighbor, Home Depot pickup rental are all options. The Sport...

    Canceling an Order

same with iphone - set your trip before you leave while you have service. It works fine via the phone GPS later if you lose cell service. I live in an area with bad pockets of cell service so i have proven this a million times.

Battery - is it AGM or plain lead acid?

AGM is also lead acid. Absorbed glass mat is simply a way to contain the acid in a mat. I am not at all sure what you are concerned about with your cam. Regardless of the battery chemistry, the amp-hour rating determines the capacity. The CCA is the 30 second rating.

I reserved a full size Bronco but I want to jump ship for a Bronco Sport Badlands. Where can I buy now?

I did it. Here's how: Go to the Ford website. Build out what you want and then hit "search inventory". It limits you to a 100 mile radius. Enter different zip codes until you find what you want. They are out there. It took me an hour or so to find one. It was in route but available in a very...

Comparison between Crosstrek, Sport, and Cherokee

I have to disagree with you on the downhill technique. Put the trans in M and use the paddle shifters to shift down and use gear 1 or 2 to hold you back. I briefly tried the Ford trail control feature the other day at it works great. I will try to use it again today to get a better idea on how...

    First Area51 Bronco at Area51 - Do I win a prize?

We live is scorching Nevada so cloth is a must. We have been thru the sunroof era a couple of times and we never use them. This real good but not fancy. Dog proof, fishing camping no worries. It's all about what your mission is.

    First Area51 Bronco at Area51 - Do I win a prize?

I played with GOAT modes at Walker Lake for a few minutes. It is very nice to have the modes. I also tried the Trail Assist. It lets you set a speed from 1 to 20 MPH. You do not have to be in any certain GOAT mode to use it. Just push the button and it engages. Also, the front camera shuts off...

    First Area51 Bronco at Area51 - Do I win a prize?

I bought this for my wife. I was very lucky to find it available in another state. The dealer drove it 4 hours to the Reno Airport. I flew from Vegas to Reno and picked it up. It got 13 hours and almost 800 miles on it the first day. I detoured a couple of times. Enjoy
