The mileage came from a canadian site but was measured in US MPG. 21/26 is what we should be expecting the Sport to get in the States. editing to note that's for the 2.0, a bit better if you're on a 1.5 trim.

I'd interpret that as you confirming the build. I heard from my dealership after placing my reservation and they sent me a final build, it had some errors and I sent over the corrections to make, they responded with an updated order and I confirmed it was what I wanted, and I received my order...
