You know what would be cool? If both of them had a dashcam/adventure record mode. So while you are trail riding, you can make video clips. Either for your own entertainment or social media. The bronco is supposed to get all sorts of community involvement with ford. So maybe they will have a...
IDK I feel this one looks a little more integrated, less like a tablet/GPS set on the dashboard. Just have to wait and see I guess. But, I do agree, the escapes looks odd.
I'm willing to bet, the F150 and bronco will have a more integrated design, like ram. The reason I say that, is the target market for those vehicles, is more traditional, older people. The new crossovers are more targeted at young "hip" people.
They could be hiding it well on the broncobronco. If the flare is 6 inches thick all the way around but bolts to a 2 inch flange. Thats 8 more inches to be gained by swapping them out to a thinner profile. If it has 33s already, that would theoretically mean 37s would clear, stock. Plus you...
A few observations. The roof bump looks like rear passengers will have decent headroom. Visibility out the rear looks like it will be decent too. C pillar makes a bad blind spot. But that will be mitigated with blis I'm sure. The rear subframe looks stout too.
You act like we all talk like them goofs up in the great white north. Lol. Had setters growing up. I switched to a chocolate lab. Havent been to U.P. for an actual visit in years. Maybe I should take the wife and kids up there this weekend.... Fall up there is gorgeous.
I work for an automotive supplier. I know what your talking about. Its no different than buying through a broker. Things change hands so many times, and everyone gets their profit margin. In the end, its the consumer who pays for it. We deal with customers always pushing every penny saved...
Not to mention, longevity. Cars from the 60-70's, 100k miles, usually meant that it was wore out, borderline junk yard material. Obviously there are going to be exceptions to the rule. but generally speaking this holds true. Today, 250k on a vehicle is commonplace. Unfortunately, that translates...
Quick side note.... there appears to be four different pick ups. Ranger, F150, super duty, courier...maybe? You can also see the mustang EV. Then in the back appears to be a small transit van with a hat. Maybe autonomous driving vehicle prototype.
I think the one on the left is the "baby", and the one on the right is the real bronco. You are right though. It appears to have fender flares, also a detail to the hood.
It's a soft roader. Think people that like to go camping and hiking, that need a vehicle that can 2 track into the woods a bit. This will compete with the subaru Forrester too.
