I had to go digging and I found what I was thinking of. It's the BT-01. The motor position isn't changeable, but you can opt to make it front or rear wheel drive (and maybe all wheel drive as well). In addition to an adjustable wheelbase.

Correct. The cooler doesn't even need to come all the way out. Just enough to let the fluid drain. And the cooler is sealed by an o-ring. I saw no need to replace it, and you likely wont either. The only reason I could see replacing it is if it were damaged or leaking. As for the stud bolts...

I installed the molded plastic (rubberized?) ones. Granted I've only had them for a week or so but they seem pliable enough to hold up decently. I guess time will tell. The rubber on yours almost looks dry-rotted. A bit hard to tell though.
