That was kind of funny?... Read the TSB carefully, 2nd page, Extended Warranty covers this issue. EW idiots said they didn't need to follow the TSB directives to repair. Lies.. This is a systemic issue. We need solidarity and escalate.
Ford Customer Service is worthless. One agent told me to contact the factory in Mexico (where the car was built) to verify if the parts listed in the TSB were actually installed or not. REALLY??

So, the extended warranty coverage is not contingent on safety issues. If the power window fails, it is covered, but not a safety issue. And who knows if there is REALLY an underlying safety issue with brakes! Hopefully, this is NOT a safety issue, undiscovered by Ford!
