I think I will disable it. Amount of headache this has caused, I don’t mind driving around with older software. Only if I got a car in dealership for something else, I would ask to update to new version. Thank you for the help!! Highly highly appreciate it!!!

Latest update. I got it working. Decided to push update again. Was on for about 1hour and 20 min. Then I thought it failed (had black screen again) I pressed power+seek forward and this time voila it came up.

I tried the key cycle. With same result. Now I’ve driven it to work and it’s the same. Will keep you guys update on what the dealer will say

Welp, tried it with USB and no luck. Downloaded the software, formatted usb blah blah kept the car running for 50 min. My sync did restart several times but nothing, same result. Have appointment on Friday at dealership. I know they will try to screw me somehow as usual but will keep you guys...

Won’t work. Once you insert usb you have to select source and touchscreen cannot be used

This happened to me Monday. Same exact thing. I tried everything disconnect battery, power + seek forward. Kept car on idle while it’s in WiFi for over half an hour nothing is working. Dealership has no loaners as always. Please anybody have any other ideas to fix it before I have to give my car...
