Yes, the noise happens when I turn the steering wheel, I would say turning about 35% and above? The noise happens. I also wanna say the car has the same feeling as if it just snowed during this speed and turn. I will see if it does it when I am still and update back later today. Good suggestion.

I'm trying to get a recording of it. But one way to explain the noise is think of driving and turning on fresh soft snow in low speeds. It's just one noise. Only happens in low speed (<10mph) and only when turning right.
