Thanks for your response. I am not sure why anyone would want to cover up a sound that it should not be making rather than fix the problem. On another note I have seen the brake noise resolved with the TSB parts. Problem is getting them to order the parts and fix it.

I am having the same problem. The g45rinding from the rear end at certain times which sounds like the dif and the rear breaks sqeeking in reverse very load. I am also on the monkey merry go round with the dealer and Ford Headquarters.
