The difference is primarily equipment. This one has all the electronics you can get minus the sunroof.

It's been a while since I posted but I traded the 23 heritage to a free wheeling with a lot more equipment at a lower monthly. Definitely requires some self confidence to drive it around with all the constant looks it gets and the wife refuses to drive it lol.
