There are several posts regarding 3D printed parts. Just be mindful of the material you use and its ability to be used as a structural part especially if exposed to UV.
I’ve made a few items but only use them inside the vehicle and nothing highly structural.
If you don't want to sell one, is there any chance that you could like send me the program instructions cuz I have a friend and a brother who have 3D printers. Maybe I could send it to them and they could make me one if you don't want to make one and sell them?
It would be pretty easy if you had a 3D scanner and printer.
Baja designs S1 pods are very compact and super bright. They outperform their size expectations by a lot.
honestly I’ve got a whole slew of 3D Printer Bronco Sport accessories people keep asking me to make them or sell, maybe I’ll look into it. Unfortunately a lot of them require permanent mods or more disassembly work than I think most people will do, but you never know I guess. These panels are...
...to car comms so it’s overkill anyway; plus if I need more range, I’ll just pop it off the MOLLE mount and step out of the car!
Designed in F360, 3D printed in CF Nylon. We’ll see how printed MOLLE panels hold up, they should be pretty damn strong but maybe I’ll have them laser cut if they...
I'm an amateur 3D printer, but that isn't the best example of a finished piece. If you don't look up much, it's probably really fine and functional. I would have ironed the top layer or printed it upside down so that the plate side shows. Interesting idea for a functional item though.
Have not seen an aftermarket or anyone post a 3D printed switch panel mount.
This post shows how to gain access to the sunglasses holder:

2025 Bronco Sports offer auxiliary switches in that position, you may get...
Looking for a 3D printed switch panel mount like this to replace the sunglasses holder in my 21 BS OBX. This one is in my cousin's F150.
I've been looking online, but no luck. Any ideas?
...so they’re above or below the table, but otherwise it works great! Will be swapping out the gas struts for stronger ones though
Additionally, I 3D printed some custom PETG inserts that fit perfectly into the panel holes, and bolt up a locking M18 battery holder (lots of my stuff is M18...
Installed a Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2, in my wife's BS/BB, "Prickly Pete", using the 3D printing file for a rearview mirror mount found in CODIY's thread, here:

I was sad because... well did you watch her video?
So where are the actual tests? I would not use my quick calculation as the result. Someone must have run the tests. Regular and Premium Gas is everywhere.
The other key variable would be the volume of fuel and air used. So are the engine...
The trim piece is a orderable part (area 51 or orange)
Example part numbers:

It looks like you pull the door panel off, then take off a bunch of screws holding the door handle surround piece and trim to the door panel. Finally, remove the bunch of screws keeping...
Yes. Similar to @rocks , I 3D printed a new nut to allow the use of a standard Badlands wheel with the 235/65-17 tire. Fits in the well perfectly other than having a full size spare requires your floor to be placed in the upper position.
