Do you know how it was rebooted? Or should any local mechanic know how to do that?

Has anyone found any fix to this? I am now experiencing this issue. I have pressed the button on the radio, I’ve done the soft reset, I’ve unplugged the battery, and nothing has worked. I am not sure what else to do to get my audio working again it is very frustrating.
