Yes, the picture that Dude posted is what I am referring to as firewall insulator, also seen it referred to a dash panel or cowl insulator also. When I saw it referred to as dash panel, I was looking for something that was inside the cabin not in the engine bay.

Yes it came with both of those items and did have the engine cover also.
