Look in to installing Raptor style lights in the grill wired to come on at start up.
I believe these can be used as DRL in Canada.
Something to check in to.
That is a feature that has been all years of the BS.
Battery saver mode or Deep sleep mode - After not driving the vehicle for an extended time period I believe 14 days. It will enter this mode and shut down non essential functions to save battery power to be able to start the car when needed.
Has it just started making this noise recently or has it made the noise since you purchased it?
It could be you are hearing the noise of the turbo, this could be a new sound to you if you came from a non-turbo engine.
If one side of the vehicle gets more sun than the other side this will cause the hot side to a high PSI.
As to why they read wrong after having serviced could be they didn't actually rotate the tires or did not inflate/deflate tires to correct PSI.
It seems like your RPM are pretty high for going 60mph.
What was the temperature outside when this happened?
How steep of an incline was it and how many miles would you say the incline lasted?
Are you accelerating when this happened or are you maintaining speed?
If you are still inside your 36k warranty and the dealership diagnosed your vehicle to have loose roof rails and body panels, I would think that is something that should be corrected under warranty.
I have had 3 replaced under warranty. 2 during the first 36k miles and one before 40k.
How they are being payed for by Ford I am not sure. I am still under the powertrain miles and under miles on my extended ford warranty also.
It looks like it should be part of the powertrain warranty.

I have had to have my water pump replaced about every 12k miles. I am on my 4th water pump and the cooling system has been flushed during the past 2 replacements.
I do have a Ford 75k mile extended warranty, once that comes to an end I will be looking to getting a different vehicle.
I sure...
It looks like Rockauto has it.
