    Sounds like your turbo has been compromised. Coolant is leaking into the combustion chamber via the turbo. It happened to mine on its second turbo. It also cracked the head rendering the motor useless and out of warranty. After a $15,000 quote to fix it, I let Ford motor credit repo that POS!!!

    I too had a 100,000 mile warranty that covered the first TURBO but the second turbo failure that caused a cracked head occurred out of warranty at 105,000 miles. I'd get rid of it ASAP!!

    It's the negative wiring harness. Bad switch. Happened to me after warranty. Also I've gone through two turbos the last one majorly malfunctioning that caused catastrophic engine failure...out of warranty. Told them to shove it up their A$$ they could keep it. F#CK FORD!!!!
