My seats don’t have adjustable lumbar. So it feels great to me. It’s so comfortable. I just have to make sure to lean the seat back a little.

I have back issues so the seats were very uncomfortable to me. I use a memory foam cushion as well as a memory foam lumbar pillow. It is a big improvement.

I did that, but they wouldn’t give in. They want me to pay out-of-pocket and there’s no guarantee that it is going to work. I sent in a complaint to the FTC. I hope others did the same.

I was told the same thing. Like you, I brought it in for the moaning noise each time the car had a recall for separate issues. What Ford is doing is wrong. They will lose a lot of loyal customers by not being responsible for the problem that they sold us. I submitted a complaint to the FTC...

Curious to know how much they charged you or if it was covered. I don’t think it’s right that they are charging people to fix a problem that they literally sold to us. I’m happy that your problem is resolved though.
