So a new interesting problem has snuck up...now when I answer a phone call I can't hear the caller and they can't hear me. But if I call someone everything works fine. So basically my car is a giant pager now.

Work from home, man, basically just do grocery runs and bringing the new baby to check ups. Haven't even taken it off road yet :crying:

Anyone here in the New England area wanna buy a Badlands for $38-42k? Only 2500 miles.

Yeah I reached out to a local dealership, and forwarded the appraisal to them, and they were like "best we can do is $32k." Not bad, but it's not a 3-5k profit. So, it's staying in my driveway.

Just today I entered my Badlands (W/O Badlands package) into Ford's Black Book trade-in appraisal form, and it came back with a trade in offer of $38-42k. Thats $3-5k more than what I paid for it! That tells you that if Ford is offering that kind of trade in value, you know they're in high demand.

Honestly, I think my issues likely stem from Spotify. The app kinda sucks, and causes all sorts of other random issues. Fore example, sometimes it just doesn't want to work. Tapping on the Spotify icon just gives me a black screen with a note that says "Spotify doesn't seem to be working right...

My Badlands occasionally has this problem, but not nearly as often as my Subaru did. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e, which I also used in the Subaru. I think problems occur most often when using Spotify, and especially when using Spotify and Google Maps at the same time. But, definitely need to...

Sadly, I think it's an issue with Android Auto. It basically only works when it works. Then it doesn't. I have seen reports of people having trouble with it in lots of different cars.

Any worries about overheating in storage compartment?

Just out of curiosity, is this something that can generally be corrected/calibrated?

The Ford points can also be used on tires, probably going to use mine for that.

Looks great! How is the horse applied? With an adhesive or did you have to punch through the metal to bolt it on?

I had not heard that yet, I'll have to give it a shot. There will still be a lot of snow in that area to dig out after a snowstorm though.
