Anyone have the same experience and have a solution. I open the app, I want to remote start the vehicle. Slide the bar, spins and then nothing happens. Tried this simple procedure many times with same result. This as been a on going issue.

I'll see if my Ford dealer can do this.

I agree, Phantom drainage 😂. Should hear this thing when turned off. Let's not even go into why the headlight fans run even if you open your doors when not running. Thanks for the feedback and the info on the 25's.

The auto stop/start is one of the things that definitely stops working in the winter. If I want it to work I have to hook the battery up to my trickle charger. The phone app is in the same park for not working in the winter.

This as been a issue with this vehicle since owning it. When the weather changes to a colder climate, I will get a message on my app that the auto start feature is disable for battery conservation. The weather here isn't that bad yet. I've installed an AGM battery with year, so I can see that...

Hi All. Not very knowledgeable on what a RDU is and what it does. Making the sounds that need replacing sometime down he road depending on parts. Also, why did it fail? No off roading, city driver/highway. 2021 OB with 50K (Canada)

Update: went to dealer, RDU to be replaced. Parts are the issue. Will call when available. Noise is getting progressively worse. Asked about the quick fix and they said that this might ot might not work. Skip the line and replace. Should be one day out of service. Under warranty.

“According to mechanic the drain tube for the rear differential gets clogged from road debris and dirt gets into rear differential". So what happens if dirt gets into the rear diff? Does it need a flush? Does the dirt cause damage?

Thanks! So the fix is a hose and some sealant...what's the chatter/shuddering from? Is it causing any other damage, ie wering down a part.

Having the exact same issue with my 21 OB. Aug 1st for the appointment, Asked if I can still drive it and i got a vague, "its ok response". I clarified if this was going to cause any other issue s and they stated, "well if you get warning lights, let us know" lol.
