    Hi 2021 FE, 2.0l. Same prob, except mine was turning left. Initial repair under TSB 24-2185. No Joy, so they replaced rear end. 51k, so under warranty 2 wks.

    Thanks, Dude After all the work, resetting, etc., the build was on 22215. set up a good wireless connection near car, updated, and all good. Shut off the car for a few hours, and it still worked!!!!!! Thanks again.

    Thank you, I will try tomorrow. I truly appreciate the help. Additionally, I neglected to mentioned that onNov 5, I attempted to change the time (EDT to EST). The time would stay correct for about an hour if car running, or reset on ignition cycle. If on AAuto, the time would always reflect time...

    The customer svce rep agreed that they should have been included. They gave me the case #, I emailed the dealership with the case #, and it was a done deal

    It couldnt hurt to call Ford. You can give them the vin and you'll get an answer

    To be honest, there were so many warnings, I cant recall a check engine light. Will be going to Ford in the next few days to address other issues and to pick up my cross bars.

    Hi, Guys So..... I called Ford, Gave them my VIN, had them check the website, and they agreed that the crossbars should have been included. I have website build screenshots, as well as a case # from ford, just waiting on response from dealer. We'll see
