I was also told about possible rust as well. However, since the majority of my off roading is beach/sand cruising I tend to spray off the Bronco pretty often to help reduce and prolong the eventual rust.
It is my understanding the Rough Country nudge bar uses the same placement as your tow hooks which is why itās not compatible. I canāt recall if I found the post on this forum or on YouTube but, early on in 2022 I came across a video of a BS BL owner that made a custom bracket that allowed the...
I ran Toyo Open Country AT3 on my OBX 235/65/18 absolutely loved them. Put them on after a week so not enough data to know how mpg changed. But I got about 68k miles on them. Rotated regularly. Towed a trailer from South Texas to Maryland and back. Got a great deal when I bought them that offset...
Iāve gone back and forth on how I feel about them. Iāve had ups/downs goo service appointments and some frustrating but all in all I feel like when I specifically explained what I wanted and why I got good service, if I made an appointment good service. Any pop ins and unexpected things they...
Update: for those that commented or are interested. I took my OBX to the dealer and they determined my aftermarket trailer harness was causing a malfunction and causing my brake light to not receive the proper output.
I have towed a trailer twice and had no issues and think the reason was kind...
it is the actual brake light. In the middle. It does not come on with flashes cause only the blinkers do.
it also will light up a split second after using the blinker. Then it goes back out again.
I also have the Ford OEM low profile ones and love the way it looks. I feel like itās very sleek and steamline and meets with the C Pilar in a natural way.
I replaced left brake light and it only comes on when starting up. It will not light up when brake is pressed, on/off etc only when the vehicle starts.
Tried a second bulb, same thing.
thoughts? Ideas?
Just all around did not sound like how a new vehicle should be running. Just louder and when accelerating sounded like it was working harder or at a higher RPM. At the time i was usually going highway speeds and cranking the radio so i rarely noticed. It was others that said, whys it so loud...
Do they always work with high beams? Or is there a way to use high beams without the off road lights? Iāve had the need for high beams without the need for off road lights
I had these on my seat for awhile. 2 for $20 on Amazon. Has good space, fit flashlight, knife, multi tool, bike tool, and a few other small items. Eventually took them off as they seemed to get in the way more than they offered convenience. Was able to put everything I needed directly in the...
