I can’t argue with that. The SA said drop the pan and drain and replace the filter like normal transmission. So he must not have gotten the right information.

You’re confusing Ford warranty with the third-party warranty that I mentioned in my earlier post. For that warranty, it requires fluid and filter change. Sure they make it standard for all vehicles and don’t take into consideration the design of each Transmission unfortunately
