I would inflate them to 33-34 psi when cold. They will gain a little psi when driving especially with hotter temps so it will get up to 37/38 potentially which is still well within acceptable psi. If you start with them inflated to 37, then they will get up to 42 psi when driving which may be...

No, it is 6 individual pieces per wheel, which I think makes it easier to put on and adjust. They also sent a couple extras in case I messed up and had to take it off.

I believe the lip of the front of the deflector basically covers up any potential gap so nothing could get in. I will look at mine in a bit to take some pics and see what kind of gap there is.
