Update 4/1/24 : Blind Spot Detection Issues - 3 Day Diagnosis Window

Just as I was falling in love breaking in my new 2023 BB, got a light for the traffic mitigation system. 300 miles in...

Stopped driving, scheduled for a day later to take back to dealership to have diagnosed. Quoted a 3 day waiting period just for diagnosis. Been almost 3 days, no word yet.

Is this normal? Have any of you experienced this issue? What was the end result?

You can see the image in the top left of the picture. Exactly as what appeared on the dash. Doesn't effect driving, but doesn't show symbol lit on mirrors when traffic is around.

Does it go away if you switch that off and then on again? See the pic

Didn't go away with some other suggestions, hence why I took it back to the dealer.

Have heard that some others have brought their BS into the same dealership before to have some wiring and sensors replaced, as they corroded and/or failed.

Yep. Unfortunately. Did try going through the screen first, but didn't go away.

Update 4/1/24:

After a few days and a weekend, the diagnostic team at my local dealership were able to fix the issue.

They went over both the software and hardware and after a system reset and update, the software is working as intended.

No damage or issues with any of the sensors or wiring, which is very good to hear.

My Beefy is being sent back to me today and should be back to carving up 34 to Estes in no time.
