I just spoke to my salesman. He seems to believe everything was entered correct too and isn't sure why I didn't get an email either

Thanks for the info. I'm supposed to get some covp paperwork to sign tonight or tomorrow from the dealer. If the order number isn't on there I'll ask him for it. I do have the preview order form. Would that be the same? It's a letter and 3 numbers
I also ordered a Heritage Edition and never received an email. The email address was correct and I checked my spam folder. I ordered with FordVideoGuy and he also doesnāt know why, but my order was confirmed, accepted, and COVP approved. Interesting that so many of us didnāt get the initial email.

i never received email either, they said order went through. do you suppose reason no one has received email if because they are still 2 months out before they start making the heritage?

No clue. It drives my Type A personality crazy. But itās a COVP approved order, they have the DORA, etc., so I know itās all legit. I guess we will find out in a couple weeks when they start scheduling. My fingers are crossed that my order gets picked up the first time. I ordered a non-limited Heritage edition.

i ordered the limited on Aug. 12, when did you order the heritage?
I also ordered on the 12th and then made a change on the 17th or 18th and have confirmation of those changes too; DORA, etc., showing Ford accepted/approved.
I still don't have any emails from Ford but I did chat with Ford online today. I gave them my order number and sales code and they told me they received it with an estimated build in mid October and an ETA of mid November. I'm not sure how accurate that is but that sure would be cool if true!
I spoke to my dealer today who confirmed my email address was entered correctly. He said a Ford rep would be there one day this week and he would see if maybe they know why no email was sent out. He also confirmed they are getting very little allocation for the limited but I should be one of them.
Are you talking about the Bronco Sport? I only ask because they are not starting to schedule until next week on the 15th, and then production does not begin until mid to late November. I also never received email confirmation from Ford, but my dealer did and they show that it is a COVP approved order. By any chance did you reach out to your dealer to see if your order had been scheduled? I would really be curious to see what they say.
