What is “Conquest”? Does that mean a buyer from another brand?

Unsurprising that was their goal. While escape explorer expedition filled the SUV market, bronco faced off against jeep with bare bones grit and off-road capacity. The sport, is holding its own no matter what bronco owners want to tell themselves. The sport and bronco are here to stay and will continue to expand the market shares with a bullseye on the competition. Rise with the water or drown.

It was inevitable for me. I'm an outdoorsy USFS employee and I was driving a Hyundai Accent. The Sport had me hook, line, and sinker from the first commercial I saw during the 2021 Superbowl. I knew I needed it and it would suit me beautifully. Conquest is almost an understatement for how well the Sport has been marketed to folks like me.

Both a conquest and millenial buyer here, had a Nissan before this.

I'd was originally following the info trickling out about the big Bronco for a couple years before the debut. But the Sport started to appeal to me being more refined and economical than its bigger Bronco brother but still being capable and rugged for what it is. Seeing them in person and test driving a couple sealed the deal.

Its the perfect vehicle for someone who wants a small crossover suv, but are tired of typical swoopy car like crossovers. Someone being myself.

I’ve only ever owned Ford vehicles. This is my tenth Ford that is mine. My parents had four, years ago. My husband had had three, over the years we were married.

Scary thing is I can list all but one.

I’ve told this story here before. We owned a 2019 Acura RDX and a 2019 Honda CR-V. Both white in color. We had friends and relatives constantly ask why we bought two of the same white vehicles. We began to realize that most SUVs looked basically the same and they were boring. When the Bronco Sport came along we were hooked. No more boring. We traded the Acura and never looked back. After 10,000 miles we are happy we made the transition. Life is too short to drive boring vehicles.

Agreed, just be careful. I found myself sitting at a stop light one morning with a Pontiac Grand Am just like mine sitting in front of me, and another sitting behind me. Decided right then I wanted something different, as in I would never see another car like mine on the way to work. Wound up with an Audi Cabriolet. Really nice car, and fun to drive with the top down, but if you think Ford service shops are expensive then you've never owned an Audi...or BMW

I went from the Ford Escape gen 3 to the Bronco. I never liked the look of my Escape and disliked the gen 4 so much that I'd decided I'd never buy one. Then they rolled out the Bronco Sport and I loved it.

I’m too old to be millennial but I’m their conquest target. I traded in a Jeep for the BSBL. I was looking at other jeeps first but I’m dissatisfied with how far behind the times cabin amenities are and the price of Jeeps for what you get.
