For those that have ordered previous model years, when do Window Stickers usually become available to be viewed? Is it once it is being built or after or slightly before?

My 22 OB was built 12/23/21. I got the sticker around 12/10/21 or a few days before. The date on bottom of sticker may change a time or two. My final date on the sticker is 12/14/21.

Cool thanks. My build date, for now, is the week of the 21st of Nov. I've seen several people talking about their date moving and so far I have yet to receive that dreaded email and really hoping to avoid it. Was thinking that once a sticker is available that it might be a good indicator that its really gonna happen.

Usually your status will change to In Production and window sticker generated around 7 days before it actually rolls down the assembly line.

As mentioned above, people are seeing about a week before the In Production time. Here's the timeline with my Escape earlier this year. Escapes are built in Louisville.

March 19. Ordered.
March 21. Order confirmed (I ordered on a Saturday.)
March 24. Scheduled for Production week of April 18.
April 25. In Production. Window sticker available.
April 29. Date under In Production changed to April 29.
May 4. Your vehicle has been built.
May 12. Your vehicle is being shipped.
May 24. In final preparation at dealer.
May 25. I drive to dealer to see it. Yeah!
May 28. I pick up Escape.

Someone on fordescape.org had an unusually short shipping period. I asked where he is located. Central IL. :)

Window sticker will say either CONVOY or RAIL in the shipping box for Escapes

You have a Build Week date right now which of course could change. But eventually you will get a Build Date. The Build Date is the actual day within Build Week when it rolls down assembly line. So 7 days before Build Date it gets In Production status and window sticker. The Build Date doesn't show up on tracker but dealer can see it on their Visibility Report.

Some times a sport gets built passes quality checks gets loaded on train shipped. Other times fails quality checks missing chips gets held up. Other times shipping delays train and or truck ect ect. So its a journey expect delays plan for the worse and manage expectations. Ford would really like to get your sport to you ASAP cause they wanna make money but lot of challenges these days.

The date on the bottom of the window sticker available online seems to be the date you asked for it. I have spent so much time in “Awaiting Shipment” that I have had to get a couple of window stickers. Each time, the date at the bottom has aligned with the day I have requested it. I have one saved from 8/26 and the one I have open now has today’s date, 10/13.

Understood and thanks for the information. As I said above I really hope I avoid the build week slip email but I know that's only one part of the big picture and until I am actually driving it off the lot its all about the patience.

I have the same anticipated build week date. Can't wait to hear that ours is arrived! Good luck in getting yours in the near future.

Thanks. You as well. I’ll let you know if I get the dreaded email or not.
BTW just out of curiosity what’s your config?

We are buying a '23 Badlands Atlas Blue with gray roof. It will have everything but towing package. It will have moonroof, 360+ (for navigation), premium package and roof cross bars. We were to be built November 14th, then changed it to the 21st.

Gotcha. Been seeing the different configs for people who have received the emails pushing their build and was trying to see if there was any correlation. Doesn’t appear there is any rhyme or reason to what they are doing.
