What are some good sites to order parts from?

I was looking for the rubber second row seat backs for my BS. I remember going to an authorized Ford parts page that had them and even a few other accessories that are not on the standard ford.com site.

But now I can't remember what site it was and those seat backs aren't on ford.com.

It wasn't Levittown but I can't think of any others.

Nope.

That site does look like the one I remember. I can't remember one of the other parts I saw on it but it was something for a different model but fit the BS. Kind of like a hack. Sort of like a part for an Escape that a lot of BS owners are buying so they just added it in the list.

Weird how it doesn't show up just by browsing the accessories categories.

Is this one side or both? The title says kit but the descriptions says 40% side, with armrest. I believe this is the same part number on eBay with pictures of both sides.

They won't come up as accessories. Use part number M1PZ-7860032-AB and search through the various online Ford Parts dealers to get the best deal (they all vary to some degree as how much percentage discount from MSRP they give). Heck, see if your local dealer will match it. Cheers!

Photo shows both sides. I got these back in March of last year from the dealership I bought my BB from. The original part number then was M1PZ7860032-AA. The "kit" has both sides.

The "AB" kit replaced the "AA" kit. They were a $95 dealer add-on at the time (Nov 2022) I bought my BS.

My recommendation is to compare total cost including shipping and if you are lucky enough to live in a city with a discount internet Ford parts store you can often pick up and not have to pay any shipping costs.

I was going to order the hood insulation pad from Levittown, got to my cart and shipping was $365 for a $97 part. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

I ordered some floor mats and it seems it came out cheaper to order from ford.com and have them sent to my local dealer. It’s been 4 days though and I’m not sure when to even expect them. No one has called or anything.

Now, with parts, they had a promotion where if you created a new account you got $20 off. I was creating a new one anyway but they had issues with the payment part on their site and now I lost that credit.

Kind of annoying especially since I really can’t choose to not to business with them.

Happened to me as well and they told me it’s the package dimensions and weight but in those cases the ford.com with it’s free shipping often is a decent compromise on the total cost.
